It's a tight fit in there, so there ears have to be modified. I just took a band saw and ran it around the perimeter about 3/4 into the ear and stopped. Then I drilled one hole in the center of the ear. From there I just got some needle nose pliers and gently pulled it flat. It wasn't ideal, but it works great and I didn't have a choice.
