So I have taken everything apart, and even ran my own wire and traced the grounding wire and still having issues. It is obviously a bad ground because the lights flicker, and the turn indicators come on and off when I mess with the grounding wire. Are there additional grounds I can somehow add? Everything worked perfectly until I removed it for the dash. Now I'm kicking myself for taking the assembly apart to clean it.
