Why not use stock calipers and brackets, then you don't have to worry about it. I'd bet SSBC make brakes to fit 14s. I used their kit for my backs and that was the reason I chose it. They cost about twice what everybody else does but I figured the offset was I didn't have to lay out money for new rims and tires as well as the brake kit. Of course then I changed to bigger wheels about a year later anyway but that's beside the point.
