Pure deliciousness!! LOL! Excellent table fare. If you go to a restaurant that serves it get it. It is a very good tasting fish on the mild side and great on the grill as most fish are.

And Craig, Fish is for dinner a couple times a week at my house in the summer. If even in the area I would be happy to prepare a nice meal over a few cold beverages!
