Obamas health care system if its like the Swedish 'free' health care(which Hillary care was based on) you dont (or at least didnt ,when I lived there) even know how much you pay for the health care as its 'just part ' of the taxes....which are higher.... beware of "free" stuff it always costs you more...one way or the other
