I've also had dealings with Firebird central. I ordered some heater parts which they said they had in stock and then added a dash pull up handle just to fill the box. They would not send by mail. When I finally, three and a half weeks later, got the box the heater parts were back ordered and the handle was the wrong one. It cost me $108 for a $12 pull up handle I can't use.
Wouldn't go with them again if they gave me the parts.
