I am in the electronic security industry and there are off set mounting plates that get shipped with electric strikes that don't get used most of the time. Turns out that by chance I had one at the house and it looked like it would work as the backing plate for the bumper emblem. The pre-drilled holes are even in the right place and the correct size.
