Agreed. Local purchase is easier and this isn't a bank breaker. Curious which Royal Purple you run? I presume you realize not all of it is good for these motors...their regular synthetics are not, but they sell some variants that are good. If your Royal Purple oil is a modern formulation with SN or SM API rating seal, that's not good...because with that rating the government doesn't allow them to put enough ZDDP in it to protect flat tappet camshaft cars properly anymore. Unless of course you're putting in an additive as well.
But they do sell HPS (High performance street) and an XPR (Racing) oil that are not API certified, both of which are very good for our cars and have the correct higher amount of ZDDP. Maybe O-Reilly's stocks that too and it's what you buy?
And none of that matters if you've converted to roller cam. Then you can run pretty much any oil you want and be fine.
