Steve, your 68 should have the second horn wiring right in front on the driver side of the radiator, so experiment with a few cheap horns. Most stores sell them for 8-12 bucks a pop. Make sure you ground the assembly good with a bolt and nut, and scrub that mount hole with some sandpaper to clear off the paint and make a good ground.
