Are you able to install fasteners in all the mounting holes except for the ones covered by the tape? All I need is at least one of two words, yes or no.

If the answer is no, I cannot offer assistance because I haven't created the correct picture of your problem. And if someone doesn't understand what's going on, how the hell can they help when they haven't a clue what's going on?

If you choose to answer with no, and let it go at that, I have plenty of stuff to keep me busy--not as if I am seeking something to occupy time. If you say no and wish to try to explain the problem again, I cannot promise you that I can whip-up a solution, but I will say that I will listen to your description, something that is unheard of among the former air heads I worked with.

If say I am seeing exactly as it sits, I know what's wrong. The only thing I cannot provide is the skill set required to get it int position what's wrong.
