Pci_raid Member Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 726 Manchester, NH	Ive been fighting this since I assembled the car. everything is all new, aluminum radiator , new thermostat, 2000CFM electric fan. runs 230 to 240 all the time, today I noticed the temp gauge was pegged, pulled over to let it cool sounded like an old coffee percolator. I've done the water pump to the plate trick and got the plate close as I could without touching. engine runs great tons of power, etc. only thing I haven't replaced is the wp itself.
