I used the hood template from that link. Seems to be correct - better be cuz I have 4 new holes in my hood! Made one hole at a time gradually getting bigger and constantly checking for fit and alignment. Measure 8000 times - drill once.
My emblems required slightly different size holes than the template. So I test fit with every increase in drill size.
Mike, I am getting ready to put my hood emblems on but I wanted to ask you, how did you line up the template in relation to the bottom and top of the paper template? The front to rear is easy to figure out, it's just the lower side an top of the template that I am wondering about.
