I have restored a 1973 Pontiac 400 and I am converting my '69 Coupe from an automatic to a manual car. I have got everything for the conversion except the starter and flywheel. Are Chevy and Pontiac flywheels and starters interchangeable? My rebuilt motor is stock with the exception of an aluminum intake and Holley 4-barrel, so I do not need or really want to pay for parts that exceed OE specs. The Chevy stuff is a better value and seems to be what pulls up on every parts store computer. Thanks for your help.
