If the wiring is there(most likely), put one on. Don't sound good without both a high and low note.
RW I appreciate the comment but I can't do that unless it was installed from the factory. I am trying to find out if the car is correct? And YES! the car sounds terrible with the single weak WHOOOONKK horn lol but if that is the way it came from Van Nuys that is the way it will stay.
