Actually, you need to order two of them (I'll give you my address for shipping in a min! Lol..)

It should come with a standar base gasket, and generic fittings for the fule line inlet. You may need to buy some fittings and lines if you want to go hard line, or some fittings/quality clamps and fuel line if you go that route. And if you want to add some kind of spacer etc.. or if you want e better base gasket etc... just a matter of prefernce for the most part.

But as far as the basics, you should have just about everything you'll need to swap and go!
