Yes, it says that on the web site for the SW652 "Includes mounting hardware. Switch is NOT included. Purchase and Install 1968 Firebird Column Switch."
The Standard number is NS-7. In case you don't want to go to Car Quest. Any of the parts places should be able to cross that number over to the brand they sell.
