No, there isn't a place to mount it. I believe in 69 they moved the NSS off the shifter. I do like the slapstick over the 68 because you can "bump" it for faster shifts. I also did the shift kit which will keep the gears in 1st or 2nd if you have it in that gear until it's shifted. If in Drive, it will shift automatically. Negative to this though is that it could get bumped into 2nd or 1st while going 60 mph in 3rd. [/quote]
Really? I thought as you bump it just progresses up the gears. Once in 3 rd it can be bumped down? not sure I want that.
