Granted the prices look high. But I see them all the time and they do sell. I cannot verify how much but consider the going price to restore one of these cars is $100k up here. Paying $60k for a car with $100k-$120k worth or receipts is an easy sale.
The average high-end car/truck here is $70+. $50k for a vintage car is not expensive here. Income levels average $75k-$200k (one earner to two earner family).
I would prefer most of the birds stay in the US but if you gotta get a better return then consider elsewhere. When I eventually sell my car I hope to send her back to the eastern US where she was born. Too wet and cold here!
