First things first:
Do you have voltage to the light?
If yes:
1) check the socket or bulb
2) if the socket and bulb are ok, then check grounds

If no voltage:
1) check fuses and fuse clips for good connection
2) if the fuses are all good then check for continuity from the power source up to the light (use an ohm-meter with the power off).
