I will be looking into it tomorrow, I worked last night slept most of the day away should be the last night work, Sunday I go back to working days.
So it does sound like something came loose, My thermostat housing was leaking last year, It needed to be sanded flat and it stopped, might be doing it again?
May have to find a new housing.
