I have the DiamondBack BFG Redlines, after 3 years (about 7K miles) they still look great. The redline is actually a red rubber that is vulcanized to the tire carcass. Make sure you don't use any silicone based tire treatments (ArmorAll, etc.) as that will dull out the red. DiamondBack recommends scrubbing the bejeezus out of them with Simple Green to clean them, and then applying Mop and Glo to seal them. Does not give them the 'wet' look but looks good.
Good information. I've been using various tire dressings on my redline Cokers and they don't seem quite as vivid in look now. I'll try your advice.
