My body shop guy has told me I will need to replace the RH front fender on my 68, due to excessive rust. Other side is fine. I'm going to purchase a panel and drop ship it. Checking Classic Industries, they have a $249 panel and also one that they say is OER and from GM molds, made in USA - price is around $800 (ouch). I'm guessing the cheaper panel must be made in China. Is there really that much difference? Is the sheet metal a higher gauge? I know this is an investment - is it worth it?
