I was also starting to think about pinion angles not being right because my car has been dumped pretty good but i think they would have to be quite a ways off to cause a real vibration issue. I would bet that's not your issue. I never did get around checking the angles because you would almost have to have it sitting on the wheels on a lift to do it.
