I took mine to nearby suspension shop and had the old ones pressed out and the new ones in. For free.
You can get the old ones out in a brute force method involving drills or chisels or burning them out... Pressing the new ones in may require special tools. Some have been successful with large impact sockets and very large clamps. Local auto parts houses will rent the tools.
There is the risk of bending the arms, so that's why I had the professionals do it.
