It is a flip. I called the guy and got some more info on it. He's had it about a week. Doesn't know much about it but says he's ordered the PHS docs. It is a manual top, PS, PDB, auto car, originally Verdoro green. He did say that the buckets seats were not original and it definitely looks like deluxe door panels on a standard interior car.
