slotted rotors do not give and real advantage on a regular everyday vehicle or bird for that matter unless you are on a road corse riding the brakes the whole time. save your $$$ I have turned slotted rotors before with no problems, just dont take a to deep of a cut and do a few cuts at a time and dont forget to finish with a fine cut. its just the marketing they want you to buy new rotors.
