It has been several years but I believe they were made by CHQ ( Classic Headquarters ) in Georgia back then. After purchasing a set I tracked down the manufacturing company owner to discuss the inferior coating of the "brushed chrome". I never got to the point of attempting to install them because I sent them back to the vendor, Classic Industries. He had explained to me that he could not use the process they used to create the robust brushed surface on the originals. I still have my originals on the car.
