2. I did a search on how the lower air baffle mounts to the front valance. I have mine (original) mounted on the top on my 68. I have a fiberglass one for the 67. It looks like it would mount from the bottom easier but I'm afraid it would catch air. It seems the more efficient way would be to mount it on the top of the valance.
It mounts from the bottom. No problem catching air.
