1) Autolite 666 (I'll never forget that part number)
2) Like the rest said, whichever gives the best fit
3) The bearing has less friction. But, I've heard the bushing actually holds up better for "hard" driving. A friend used the bearing behind a stout 455, and it didn't last very long.
