The muffler on my '68 is about 18 3/4 long. It is visible on this page: http://www.geocities.com/jims68fb/Exhaust.html (I see that I need to update that page since painting the axle and exhaust components.)

Although I have replaced full and partial system parts over the years, they have always stock-like aftermarket parts.
