If you do not need it to stay original looking, there could be many ways to accomplish this.

1) They make snaps ( male part) heads that goes under a screw head and the female would attach to liner. You could then just snap the rear section on.

2) The make strips of Velcro I would use (Duel Lock) that you could attach the length of the well. Each bolt could just run though it to secure it. Then attach the other strip to the liner by sewing it or maybe contact cement. I think sewing would be better.
