BTW: My body man noted the body line "sharpness" issue betwwn my 1 original door, my re-skinned door and my very late (80's ) stamped NOS front fenders. He pointed out that he could easily make them all match up.
When I restored my '67 about 8 years ago, the NOS GM fenders I had did not match the original doors, and they had to adjust the fenders. To the best of my knowledge, the door skins are fairly correct. (I suppose the difference could be which manufacturer?)
In any case, some work to get everything to line up should be expected. New doors may not solve the issue any better than where you are at. Are your fenders original, or repop? You don't give that information.
