USMC Ordy. I cannot fathom any rural area not having a welding shop nearby. If you were closer I would help you build one. How about a vo-tech college near you? Some of them offer welding classes, and they would know someone who could weld it up for you. How about checking for the nearest welding supply house? They would know local welders.
