I had a local body shop mix my dash color for my 69 in PPG lacquer. I used a preval sprayer which is available at Ace Hardware. The Preval is much like using a rattle can. You will need to thin the lacquer a bit more than recommended. The Preval also lets you add a fisheye eliminator which I would recommend since dashboards are often treated with a product containing silicon that promotes fish eyes. I would check the sheen levels on top of the dash and on the face. On my green dash there is a flatter formula for the top than the face. Hope this helps
