What do you mean by make a flap? like put a hinge on it once i cut it? Two choices.
1) Remove the hood and passenger side fender.
2) Cut a large flap of metal out of the rear of the passenger side inner fender. There are old posts here with photos. The advantage here is that you can make is so the flap closes again in case you have to pull the motor out again in the future.
