Ames has a high performance fuel pump with a psi of 5.5-6.5 @120 gallons per hour. the stock pumps run at same pressure but @55 GPH. they also have the electronic one with a psi of 4-14 @105 GPH.
when choosing a fuel pump, is the psi more important than the GPH or visa versa? the electronic one is much more expensive. the only difference, other than price and GPH, is the wide range of psi. do performance street/cruiser motors rely on more psi or GPH or both? thanks!!
