These are made from 26 ga. roofing tin. The base color (white, or blue on the Ford sign) is what I start with. I then apply a stencil and paint the design. I also fold a 1/4" hem around the outside edge, so they are not sharp. Dimensions given above are finished dimensions. Thanks, Cal
