I researched this not long ago and found the max tire size with a stock suspension is 235-60R15. This size won't [or shouldn't rub in the front. Of course you can go a little wider and taller in the back if you like staggered setup. I prefer that my tires are all the same so I can rotate them. I also wanting the factory look so I went with a 15x8 Rally II's [w/ 4.5" back spacing]. However, now there are several options/choices if you want a Rally II; they also come in 16 & 17" diameters. I was surprized in the improved handling and traction over the stock 14x7's [w/ 195 70R14 tires]. The overall tire diameter is similar to the original so there's less side-wall flex with the 235's.
