Jdc68bird, I've set up many of these and have always got by with anything, even a nail, that fits well in the hole. First line the shiftier up with the pin/nail. Adjust the shiftier handle though the console or boot using one of the linkage adjusntsts, (while in neutral). With the handle where you want it, connec the rest of the linkages to the trans. They all need adjusted to slide in without binding. Then tighten the shiftier to the mounting plate. Have a good one! Ron Cme469
