4456S is a QJet built by Carter. The other numbers are casting numbers. The B37 wood likely be Feb 3 67. Fairly sure that is a GTO carb. If I remember.. Birds were 42xx and 326 caebs. 7027273 Would be a manual carb for 67.
Rochester couldn't keep up on production...therefore, Carter jumped in and built carbs.
