Check Lokar ( http://www.lokar.com/ ) they have a variety of kick down components for many applications... not cheap, but good products, and many have been happy with them... I'll probably go that way my self... eventually. (4 years now with out a kick down, and haven't really needed to use it... low on the list I guess)
