I'm not an expert, but I'm pretty sure, sort of, well maybe, so I've heard, the 68 multi leafs were four leaf, kinda. They had four leafs but the bottom one only extended from the front to just behind the spring perch, under that was the bottom plate. If you looked at the front half it was four, if you looked at the back half it was three. There were two clips on the front and one on the back. I just replaced mine but I didn't take any pictures of the springs before they went into the steel bin at the recycle yard. They were stock and had the off-set packs.

I have a couple pics of the front of mine on the car, don't know if it will help you, also a generic pic of a set. I'll go to the recycle and do some dumpster diving for a pick if they haven't hauled the bin yet.
