I had my seat belts re-webbed, they came out great. They are not 100% factory correct, but are very close. My car is just a driver so it does not matter to me. I had Vincent Mayeda from Mayeda Motorsports do them for me. He is a dealer for DJ Safety, which is who did the work. I didn't have the retractors done as it was to hard to get them out of the plastic, and my belts on them were still good.
