Found the plastic gas pedal rod support bracket to be broken. I'll try this first to see if that fixes my WOT and then use a lead sinker to get the rest of the throttle cable play out if still needed. Thx.
that happend to mine once too...but when accelerator cable broke other time, we were just about to head back to Houston from Corpus....I stared car, cable broke in ur frinds driveway...another friend said , "we just bought a spare cableits at the house, let me go get it" ! talk about luck...on a sunday, couldnt order this...lol
