I have a nice 1969 Trans Am clone. To the best of my knowledge, all the body panels are original except the Dutchman panel and Trans Am hood. The body was restored on a rotisserie and is just as nice underneath.
Engine: 1968 400 short block with 1971 heads. Mild cam(specs unknown) with an Edelbrock intake and carb. HEI ignition, headers and complete Flowmaster exhaust out to the bumper.
Transmission: TH400 with a shift kit. Converter seems to be stock.
Rear axle: Pontiac 10 bolt completely rebuilt in April of this year. New posi unit and 3.36 gears. Less than 500 miles on rebuild.
The engine and transmission have approximately 3,000 miles on their rebuild. They were done before I owned it.
The interior has been completely redone. The headliner, sun visors, dash pad, carpet, seat covers, seat belts and door panels have all been replaced. I had a new dash harness, circuit board and turn signal switch installed in August of this year.
Wheels/tires: 15" Rally II wheels all around. Front tires are 235 and the back tires are 255. All BF Goodrich's.
Other notable info: manual disc brakes, power steering, KYB shocks all around, new tail light harness and mini starter earlier this year, just passed a NY state inspection in August of this year. Clean transferable NY registration in hand(NY didn't issue titles until 1973).
$24,000
