Nice looking car. The fact that it has been restored will safe you a lot of time and money and give you piece of mind. Although it always depends how much detail a restorer spent and his capability. The chevy block will take away from the car's value considerably and in my opinion is on the high side on the price, but it all depends on your likings and you future plans with the car. To me, if it had the original 350 in it and was partially restored it'll be worth between $18-$21k, maybe a tat more if all original sheet metal. With a non matching drive drain, I'd stay under $18k.
