Holy cow Gus! Those are some crazy costs. Is that US dollars? I’m a contractor in Northern California, if I could get prices like those I could afford the latest tax hike on gas here! Whenever I use a mechanic he’s about $100 per hour. Concrete foundation for my shop, 2 stage pour: 24’X32’ $7600 Home insurance: modest home 1800 square ft, 768 square ft shop, 3 out buildings on 3.5 acres, about $1600 per year. That’s with one claim. (Fire, removed and replaced a tree and vegetation). Holy cow!
