Yes. Install it before you get more stuff in the way. Look at it this way even if you don't need it now( which you do) at least it will be there later whe you figure out that you do need one. Also, do yourself a favor and use 3/8" steel line. Won't cost you that much more and if you ever go FI it'll work out better.
