Thank you for your guidance. My mother has decided to throw a little money on this vehicle so she's going into the shop to have a look over and get her running again. I Will also clean the engine so we can read things easier. Stay tuned I will be posting our progress when it happens
At this point is going to be very difficult to find additional value without investing $$$. If you bring the car in and have a mechanic to "get her running", expect the cost to be high if he gets it running and cheap if it's dead or not numbers matching. The "pay dirt" is the numbers matching and the verification of the optional accessories. Your not going to be able to guarantee the operation of any of the options or the drive trane. The parts are old and unless they have be refurbished lately, you would not be able major $$$ them. For example, say the options (all working) are worth $4000 to the buyer. If you spent money on fixing the options you will likely spend as much or more what you will get in return.
I recommend you just verifiy the existence of parts with part no. and date code. Get pics of all optional equipment. The boys on the forum can verify what parts to look for and codes etc.
