I am now wanting to freshen my old Pontiac 350 and have a donor 455 complete, but 1974 and low compression with the original 4X heads so I am looking for something with smaller chambers, or will consider something high performance for the 350. Also want an HEI distributor or similar pointless unit Mallory etc. or the kit for the original Pontiac disti.

I have a newer HEI distributor if you want it. How do you verify if it will work for your engine?
